中联杯·全国大学生建筑设计竞赛已成功举办七届，是国内最具影响力的建筑类学生竞赛之一。竞赛长期关注中国城乡建设的前沿议题，旨在激发青年学子的社会责任感与设计创造力，为建筑学科发展积累了大量优秀实践与思考。
The CUC CUP National University Student Architectural Design Competition has been successfully held for seven editions, establishing itself as one of the most influential student-focused architectural competitions in China. The competition has consistently focused on cutting-edge issues in China’s urban and rural development, aiming to inspire a sense of social responsibility and design creativity among young students. It has accumulated a wealth of outstanding practical outcomes and fostered profound academic reflections for the advancement of the architectural discipline.
为深化竞赛的实践与社会价值，本届竞赛在登封市人民政府支持下，聚焦河南登封这座历史深厚、空间复杂的城市，以“城景融合”为主题展开旧城更新设计探索。我们希望通过“真题真做”的深度实践，引导学生在真实场域中探索历史文化遗产在当代城市中的活化与再生路径。
To further enhance the practical and social value of the competition, this year’s edition, supported by the People’s Government of Dengfeng City, focuses on Dengfeng, Henan—a city with profound historical heritage and intricate spatial characteristics. Centered on the theme of “Urban-Landscape Integration”, it explores design approaches for old town renewal. Through in-depth, authentic project-based practice, we aim to guide students to explore innovative pathways for the revitalization and regeneration of historical and cultural heritage in real urban contexts.

登封是一座兼具历史底蕴与现实张力的真实样本。作为 “天地之中” 世界文化遗产地，其城市格局根植于华夏文明的礼制秩序与 “天人合一” 的营造哲学。然而，当代登封也典型面临文化遗产崇高性与城市现代化日常发展之间的深刻断层。
Dengfeng stands as a tangible case study embodying profound historical depth and acute contemporary tensions. As a UNESCO World Heritage site designated as “The Center of Heaven and Earth,” its urban fabric is deeply rooted in the ritualistic order of Chinese civilization and the philosophical tenets of “Unity of Heaven and Humanity” in traditional architectural craftsmanship. Nevertheless, contemporary Dengfeng typically faces a profound disjunction between the lofty significance of its cultural heritage and the everyday demands of urban modernization.

To address this contradiction, it is essential to conduct an in-depth analysis of the spatial structure within Dengfeng’s central urban area. The interaction between the city and its landscape is primarily shaped by two “structural corridors”:

01 南北向的生态文化脉络：以书院河为载体，发源于嵩山，历史上串联嵩山、书院与市井生活，体现了“山-水-城”一体的传统地景智慧。该脉络的断裂，正是文化在空间上失活的表征。
01 The North-South Ecological and Cultural Corridor: Taking the Shuyuan River—originating from the Songshan Mountain—as its carrier, this corridor historically connects the sacred mountain, academies, and urban life. It embodies the traditional landscape wisdom of integrating “mountain, water, and city.” The fragmentation of this corridor epitomizes the spatial atrophy of cultural vitality.

02 东西向的城市发展脉络：以中岳大街为主线，沿古城墙基发展而来，串联老城中心、居住区与新兴功能区，体现了城市从历史到现代的功能演进，也是观察日常生活与生态文化脉络交织的关键截面。
02 The East-West Urban Development Corridor: Centered on Zhongyue Avenue, which developed along the foundation of the ancient city wall, this corridor connects the historic city center, residential areas, and emerging functional zones. It reflects the city’s functional evolution from historical to modern times and serves as a critical interface for observing the interplay between daily life and the ecological-cultural corridor.
两条脉络一纵一横，在历史城区核心地带交汇，形成了城景关系张力显著、问题复杂且机遇集中的 “关键片区”。
These two corridors intersect vertically and horizontally in the core area of the historic city, forming a “critical zone” where the tension between urban and landscape relationships is most pronounced, presenting both complex challenges and concentrated opportunities.

面对登封城景关系的核心矛盾，本届竞赛提出 “中枢” 作为战略支点。它特指那些位于关键区位、蕴含文化潜力却效能缺失的公共空间节点。我们选取的三处载体，正是这类节点的典型代表，其“中枢”价值体现在：
Faced with the core contradiction in Dengfeng’s urban-landscape relationship, this edition of the competition proposes “Nexus” as a strategic focal point. It specifically refers to public space nodes that occupy critical locations, possess cultural potential, yet suffer from functional inefficiency. The three selected sites are typical representatives of such nodes, and their value as a “Nexus” is reflected in:

·Crucial Geographical Junctions: Situated at the intersection of urban development axes and ecological-cultural corridors, they serve as spatial anchors for bridging the physical disconnection between history and modernity, nature and the city.

·Core Cultural Translators: Bearing the unique cultural DNA of “The Center of Heaven and Earth” — encompassing ritual order, vernacular life, and mountain-water philosophy — they act as active interfaces that transform latent historical value into tangible scenes of contemporary public life.
·持续的活力发生器：超越一次性建设，旨在通过功能复合与运营设计，成为能自我维系、辐射周边片区活力的长效引擎。

01 古城老县衙片区更新任务与重点：以古城核心区的老县衙遗址为主要对象，围绕 “历史文化转译” 这一主题，通过非复原性设计转译遗产价值、重构社区公共网络，并对既有建筑进行功能活化，最终实现历史文脉与当代社区生活的深度互嵌。
01 Renewal of the Ancient County Government Office SiteTask and Focus: Taking the site of the ancient county government office in the historic core as the primary object and centering on the theme of “Historical and Cultural Translation”, this project employs non-reconstructive design to translate heritage values, reconfigure the community public network, and adaptively reuse existing buildings. The ultimate goal is to achieve a deep integration of historical context with contemporary community life.

02 老旧市场与邻接老街更新任务与重点：以场地内的老旧市场与邻接老街巷为主要对象，围绕 “社区生活复兴” 这一主题，通过一体化更新重塑连续交往场所、植入复合公共功能，并系统性织补断裂的街道肌理，最终构建一个历史记忆、日常生活与社区活力相融合的完整生活单元。
02 Renewal of the Old Market and Adjacent StreetTask and Focus: Taking the old market and adjacent street lanes within the site as the primary objects and centering on the theme of “Community Life Revitalization”, this project conducts an integrated renewal to reshape continuous social spaces, implant composite public functions, and systematically mend the fractured street fabric. The final objective is to construct a complete living unit where historical memory, daily life, and community vitality converge.

03 滨水区与老旧宿舍更新任务与重点：以书院河滨水区段与老厂房宿舍为主要对象，围绕 “健康运动激活” 这一主题，通过一体化更新进行滨水生态修复、构建活力慢行系统，并将宿舍建筑转型为社区体育功能，最终创造蓝绿空间与健康生活相互赋能的城市活力界面。
03 Renewal of the Waterfront Area and Old DormitoriesTask and Focus: Focusing on the Shuyuan River waterfront section and old factory dormitories, the initiative revolves around the theme of “Activating Healthy Sports.” Through integrated renewal, it aims to restore waterfront ecosystems, establish a vibrant slow-traffic system, and repurpose dormitory buildings into community sports facilities. Ultimately, the project seeks to create an urban vitality interface where blue-green spaces and healthy living mutually empower each other.

01 Cultural Translation and Spatial Narrative: Design proposals must be grounded in a profound understanding of the site’s historical context and innovatively translate this into contemporary architectural language and spatial order.
02 系统性空间策略：须提出清晰的总体概念，展示如何通过建筑、景观与城市设计手段“缝合”空间断裂，“转译”文化价值。须完成从总体布局到建筑改造、关键公共节点及连接体系的详细设计。
02 Systematic Spatial Strategy: Proposals must articulate a clear overarching concept, demonstrating how architectural, landscape, and urban design interventions can “stitch” spatial discontinuities and “translate” cultural values. Detailed design development must be completed, encompassing master planning, building renovation, key public nodes, and connectivity systems.
03 技术整合与生态考量：鼓励在设计中融入适宜的生态技术、材料策略及可持续性考量，并体现在空间方案中。

01 参赛资格：国内外高校建筑学、城乡规划、风景园林等相关专业在校学生（本、硕、博），鼓励跨专业组队参赛。
01 Eligibility: Open to full-time undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students majoring in architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture, and other related disciplines from domestic and international universities. Interdisciplinary teams are encouraged.
02 参赛形式：个人或小组形式，每组1～5人，指导教师不超过2名。
02 Participation Format: Participants may enter individually or in teams of 1–5 members, with no more than 2 instructors per team.
03 作品原创性：作品须为原创，未公开发表且参与其他竞赛，禁止一稿多投。如有侵权行为，责任由参赛者承担。
03 Originality of Submissions: All works must be original, unpublished, and not previously submitted to any other competitions. Multiple submissions of the same work are prohibited. Participants shall bear full responsibility for any copyright infringement or related violations.
04 参赛纪律：每人限参加一个小组，禁止重复提交作品。竞赛评委不得担任任何参赛组指导教师。
04 Competition Discipline: Each participant may join only one team. Duplicate submissions are prohibited. Members of the competition jury are not permitted to serve as instructors for any participating team.

赛道一（指定地块·核心命题）：须从上述指定区段中择一进行设计。该赛道在常规评选之外，增设“地块优胜奖”。
Track 1 (Specified Site · Core Theme): Participants must select one plot from the designated sections mentioned above for their design. In addition to the regular awards, this track has established the “Best Plot Award.”
赛道二（自选城市·开放探索）：可自选设计的城市与地块，但设计主题须明确呼应“中枢”核心概念，致力于修复或强化城景关系、文化断层或空间联结。且成果中须包含独立的“选址与概念论证”章节，说明所选地块如何体现“中枢”问题，以及设计方案如何通过“中枢”作用予以解决。
Track Two (Self-Selected City · Open Exploration): Participants can choose their own city and plots to design, but the design theme must clearly respond to the core concept of the ‘hub,’ aiming to repair or strengthen the relationship between urban landscapes, cultural gaps, or spatial connections. The final submission must also include a separate ‘Site Selection and Concept Justification’ chapter, explaining how the selected plots reflect the ‘hub’ issue and how the design proposal addresses it through the ‘hub’ concept.

01 地块优胜奖评选对象：仅针对赛道一参赛作品。
名额与奖金：三个指定地块各评选1名优胜者，奖金各10,000元及证书，奖金可与其他奖项叠加。
  • 01 Site Excellence Award
    Eligibility: Exclusively for entries submitted under Track 1.
  • Quotas and Prizes: One winner will be selected for each of the three designated sites. Each winner will receive a prize of 10,000 RMB (pre-tax) and a certificate. Prize money is cumulative with other awards.

01 每项参赛作品提供2张竖向、A1规格（宽594mmx高841mm）参赛图纸，图纸需裱于轻质展板上，图面表达方式不限。
01 Each entry shall be presented on 2 sheets of vertically oriented A1-sized (594mm width × 841mm height) drawing paper. The drawings must be mounted on lightweight display boards, with no restrictions on the presentation format.
02 内容能充分表达作品创作意图的总平面图及建筑平、立、剖面图、效果图、分析图等，500字左右的设计说明（组合于图面之中）。
02 The submission shall include content fully expressing the creative intent of the work, such as a master plan, architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, renderings, analysis diagrams, etc., as well as a design description of approximately 500 words (integrated into the drawing layout).
03 每个方案应同时提交参赛者简历（格式自拟）和设计方案电子资料（30odpi以上）一份，以光盘形式随展板一同提交。
03 For each proposal, participants shall simultaneously submit a participant resume (in a self-defined format) and one set of electronic files of the design proposal (with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher), which shall be provided on a CD-ROM and submitted together with the display boards.
04 每项参赛作品图板背面右下角应注明参赛方案名称、参赛者单位、姓名、电话、邮编等联系方式以及指导老师的名称，并用深色不透明纸密封。
04 In the bottom right corner of the back of each drawing board for an entry, participants shall clearly indicate the title of the entry, the participant’s affiliation, name, telephone number, postal code and other contact information, as well as the name of the advisor(s). This section must then be sealed with dark opaque paper.
※参赛作品提交后一律不退，请参赛人自留备份，版权归主办方所有。

※竞赛规则
01 参赛者同意并遵守本竞赛通知的内容及竞赛规则，违反规则者将被取消竞赛资格，竞赛组委会拥有此次竞赛的最终解释权；02 电子图纸中不得出现任何有关参赛者姓名和其所在院校的文字或图案，不符合规定者将被取消参赛资格；03 竞赛组织方拥有参赛作品署名权以外的其它版权权利，包括但不限于发行权，展览权，信息网络传播权，出版权等，参赛者具有署名权；

04 禁止一稿多投，所有参赛者需确保自己所提交的作品为原创且未参加过其他竞赛。参赛作品不得包含任何侵犯第三方知识产权的行为，如发生侵权行为，组织单位不承担由此引发的任何连带责任；
05 各小组提交一组参赛作品，严禁出现重复提交现象。如若发现同一作品出现重复提交情况，组委会有权选择其中一组进行评审；

06 每位参赛者不能报名多组参赛，参赛小组及具体成员信息以最终提交文件为准；

07 本次竞赛评委不得作为参赛小组的指导老师。

ENTRY RULES01 Participants agree and abide by the content of the competition notice and the competition rules. Those who violate the rules will be disqualified from the competition.02 The electronic drawing shall not contain any text or pattern related to the name of the participant and his/her institution. Those who do not meet the regulations will be disqualified from the competition;

03 The organizer of the competition shall have other copyright rights other than the right of authorship of the entries, including but not limited to the right of distribution, exhibition, information network communication, publishing, etc. Participants shall have the right of authorship;

04 All participants must ensure that their submissions are original and have not participated in other competitions. The entries shall not contain any infringement of the intellectual property rights of the third party. In case of infringement, the organization shall not bear any joint and several liability arising therefrom;

05 Each team shall submit one group of entries. Repeat submission is strictly prohibited. If the same work is found to be submitted repeatedly, the Organizing committee has the right to select one group for review;

06 Each participant cannot register for more than one group. The information of the group and its members shall be subject to the final submission documents;

07 The judges of this competition shall not serve as the instructor of the team.
